Who uses your first aid and H&S products in the United Kingdom?

We have supplied literally hundreds of companies here in the UK. Names include: Philips, JCB, Toyoda, Nissan, Siemens, Coca Cola, Cot Beverages, Roberts Bakeries, Wedgewood, Balfour Beattie, Weinerberger, Eaton Aerospace, Truck-Lite Co Ltd and many more. Indeed all of these companies use our equipment right now!

What about support?

As a manufacturer we KNOW how to support clients - indeed we can support our products better than any other company - we make them!

Can you make customised products for our needs?

While we cannot make unique custom products in small quantities, many of our best first aid and H&S products have been derived from products we already have - they have just been custom configured to achieve great results in different environments. It's highly likely we can configure our products we already have to be the exact requirement for your needs and we always configure equipment for the first time for free.

Will your equipment be compatible with what we currently use?

LRS products use specialised custom protocols and it is unlikely (at least on paging equipment) that we can't use other pagers (for example). However, in the case of two way radios we CAN supply and work with compatible equipment and in the case of (for example) our RSU1 communicator we can integrate in to other radio systems.

Can we trial equipment?

We currently operate a facility where you can try out our equipment for up to 14 days. This is usually adequate time for you to determine compatibility and range. Terms apply.

What is the warranty on your products?

Our warranty is typically three years - but some products carry more and some less. In the case of two way radios for example, we pass on the warranty that manufacturers give to us.

If we damage equipment while on trial will we have to pay for it?

Unfortunately you will.

Does LRS have any other first aid or H&S products?

Because many of our products are customised products that we already make, we certainly do have other products that are suitable that are not shown on this frequently asked questions page. You can check out more products we make on www.pager.co.uk

Is there anything else we should know?

Yes - we have been trading since 1989. In recent years (at least the past six) we have grown annually at about 25% which frankly is a phenomenal achievement even if we do say it ourselves. The great news is really that we will be here for some time to come supplying and supporting our clients.
